About Los Gatos Center
Los Gatos Center | PAMF | Sutter Health provides a generally positive experience for patients, with many appreciating the clean and comfortable facilities. Some patients have noted longer wait times during busy periods, particularly if they arrive without an appointment. A long-time patient mentioned that early morning visits resulted in shorter waits. New patients have reported mixed experiences, including the need for multiple visits for annual physicals and concerns over unexpected lab charges. However, interactions with staff are often described as pleasant and helpful. One patient highlighted exceptional support from a specific staff member, expressing gratitude for their assistance. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, many patients value the care and service provided at this medical center.
Great and knowledgeable medical staff and good parking but I’d avoid this location. If you want to be publicly berated while getting a C-section mother and 8 day newborn checked in because 17 traffic was a nightmare that day, this is the place for you. If not, you’ll be better served going to PAMF’s other locations in Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, or Mountain View where staff can be empathetic.
My Health On line and customer service poor communication with staff and doctors. I received a call to schedule a consultation before renewing my prescription. My doctors visit was 10 minutes I don’t think she new why I was there. She looked over my history and renewed my prescription and stated to schedule a physical. The consultation took five months to schedule and cost $339.74 and another three months to schedule my physical. I would have rated a one star, yet I take responsibility for not asking more questions and taking more responsibility for my care and health. I tried to dispute the charge and while speaking with customer service she stated talking anout...read full review
I have had nothing but good experiences with the PAMF group in general. I have encountered a curt person in the lab here, and yes, if you don't have an appointment and go at high volume time, you will wait 30-40 minutes. I have been there enough to know to do a blood test first thing in the morning and maybe a 10 minute wait. I have been a patient with PAMF for 30+ years, and have come to the Los Gatos location since it opened. My doctor works upstairs in this bldg, and part time in Blossom Hill bldg. I have been to almost all locations and they are all clean, comfortable, and I appreciate the decor too. Being an admin is a hard job, everyone has to tell you their own needs are more important. I take my elderly MIL to Kaiser and those experiences make me appreciate PAMF even more.
