Osteo strong Los Gatos is excellent for our health. To improve strength and balance. One on one coaching and encouragement is very good. All the trainers are so friendly and give valuable tips for all aspects of physical health. Thanks Natasha for opening this branch in a good convenient location.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2022. I didn't want to take medication for it and found OsteoStrong. At my dexa scan earlier this year my scores had improved.
I treat my OsteoStrong sessions as spa days that I recommend as they are pleasant and helpful!
So excited to have found this bone gym! Who knew you could see such impactful results so quickly! The amazing staff are supportive and very knowledgeable.
