After having way too many bad experiences with several supposedly high-end (i.e., "overpriced") dry cleaners in downtown Los Gatos, CA, I started taking some of my finer articles of clothing here based on the recommendation of a trusted friend. What a great decision that was! I am very particular about my designer pieces and this dry cleaner has successfully cared for a variety of my favorite pieces, to date. Even better, Orchid Cleaners prices are reasonable given their excellent quality of work and the customer service provided to me each time I drop-off/pick-up is really awesome, too! I highly recommend them!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was seriously disappointed by their apparent lack of ethics recently. They twice upsold the service and price without advising me in advance. If it had happened just once, I would have considered it just a mishap; but it happened twice.1. I left shirts with them to launder. When I went to pick them up the price was about doubled. They explained that there were stains that required dry cleaning, so they charged me for dry cleaning with no advance notice. I showed them a copy of their original estimate, and they honored it in the end.2. I left several shirts again for laundering. They noted one shirt had a stain and marked it for... read full review

Orchid Cleaners is very good. They have the best cleaning. Their service are actually super good. I have been going to orchid Cleaners for many couple years and Anna who works in front counter (owner) she’s very nice. Sometimes her husband watch counter someday. He is very kind also. Their cleaning are the best with my laundry shirts. Thank you Orchid Cleaners!
