The center has a welcoming, clean, and spacious environment, and customers can easily reach the staff by phone. Highly recommended for expecting parents and others in need of lab services.
I had great experience here and the whole process is enjoyable and I am not feeling any pain. I visited another location they ending up poke me twice and not successful in the end. Glad I come to this location!
This was my first time at Natera and I was impressed with the location and the attention I received. Marcie Castellanos was so kind and made me feel comfortable. She explained everything with great detail and answered my questions. She was also gentle when she drew my blood. So happy I went to this location.
I came here to leave a 5 star review for Marcie but I see that everyone else had the same amazing experience as I did. I have the WORST time with blood draws, it’s all in my head but I get really nervous and dread going to do any lab work. I walked in and Marcie took great care of me from start to finish. The absolute best experience I have ever had going to a lab by far. I won’t go anywhere else and I will only be going to see Marcie from here on out. She is not only skilled but personable and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole process. It was so easy and fast. Thank you thank you Marcie!!!
