I have never tried acupuncture, but with just one session with Mindy, my shoulder and arm pains seem to be better. The exercises that she gave me also helped in reducing the pain and increasing the range of motion of my shoulder. My arm was initially very sensitive to touch, but now it seems to be back to normal.
