I just visited Dalal for the first time this morning and I could not rate my experience more highly. Her studio was very easy to find and had lots of parking on the side. She gave me an extremely warm greeting upon my arrival, asked me about my eyelashes (their characteristics, if I had any previous experiences, and what I was hoping to have my lashes look like today), and explained her process to me to make sure that I would be completely comfortable.After that, she explained to me what her unique plan for my lashes was (also acknowledging my eye shape and explaining why she thought this process would come out the best) and asked if it was okay with me.
