I had a wonderful experience with Sophia! I had a unique request since I have virgin hair to not have any scissors near me. She helped me schedule an appointment for a last minute blowout for a wedding I was attending as a guest the next day. She knew that the curls had to be tight so that they would last me the next day and was very patient with my request. I’ve never had my hair treated so well ever and I’ve been through many stylists. Their prices are very decent too especially given the area they’re in. I paid $85 and gratuity was separately added as 18% and I even mentioned I’d paid upwards of $120 before so this was a steal. I called for a very last-minute appointment on a Friday for a blowout and bang trim, and the salon was able to accommodate, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service itself felt rushed and chaotic. Michelle seemed frazzled throughout the entire appointment. The wash was quick, messy, and not thorough - shampoo was getting on my face, and the towel was placed on my head rather than wrapped as I walked back to the chair. It felt a little rude and humiliating.
During the blow dry, she dropped the brush, two rollers, and multiple clips on the ground, and the overall energy felt frantic. It was honestly stressful to sit through.

Michelle is phenomenal. She took great care of my hair. I got a wash and blowout for a Saturday. I loveeee how my hair turned out. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!
