I've been seeing Kat for over a year and she is amazing. I can't speak highly enough of her! I usually get a deep tissue massage, but I have also gotten some relaxation massages as well. Before the session she takes a few minutes to chat about what you're hoping for from the session, where on your body you need extra attention, etc. So not only do I feel relaxed, I feel listened to and cared for. The massage itself is incredible. She is able to work out deep tissue knots while also keeping the massage relaxing and enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and book with her!
Don’t think twice! Kat doesn’t mess around. I needed some serious deep tissue work and she got in there! I was so impressed with her strength and her ability to keep me relaxed at the same time.
