Totally recommended! They teached me a lot about my injury and the cause of the problem. I learned plenty of exercises to prevent the injury to happen again. They even lent me tools to do the exercises at home while in treatment. Really professional treatment!

Highly recommend this clinic! Last year, the team provided fantastic care for my joint issue before a big trip. The doctor created a custom exercise plan, and the aide guided me through every exercise. They finished each session with manual therapy and e-stim. While the manual therapy was definitely quite intense during the process, it was completely worth it—I felt noticeable pain relief after every visit, and by the end of my treatment, I regained most of my range of motion. Thank you for getting me back on track!
I’ve been a long time patient at this clinic as I was under the care of both Dr. Vidya (for my right heel) and their new PT Jitha (left ankle and achilles). The staff was always full of wonderful people that helped guide me through my exercises and treatment. Their lead PT always provided encouragement and was very knowledgeable about my hardships and how to adjust my treatment plan. They helped get me through a tough time and got me back “up and running” from both of my foot injuries.
Fun atmosphere full of knowledgeable and kind assistants. Hopefully I never have to come back but in the case I get injured again, I know where to go!
