I called for a very last-minute appointment on a Friday for a blowout and bang trim, and the salon was able to accommodate, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the service itself felt rushed and chaotic. Michelle seemed frazzled throughout the entire appointment. The wash was quick, messy, and not thorough - shampoo was getting on my face, and the towel was placed on my head rather than wrapped as I walked back to the chair. It felt a little rude and humiliating.
During the blow dry, she dropped the brush, two rollers, and multiple clips on the ground, and the overall energy felt frantic. It was honestly stressful to sit through.
I was able to get my hair done by Michelle and was helped by Sophia they were able to take me in by appointment online on a Saturday.
Michelle is phenomenal. She took great care of my hair. I got a wash and blowout for a Saturday. I loveeee how my hair turned out. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

I have tried similar businesses and Drywalk is hands-down the best! Michelle and her team truly care about their clients. The salon is clean and beautiful, the stylists are friendly, and they all strive to create the look you desire.
