He came on time and finished the cabinet adjustment to enable my new refrigerator to die in the bespoke cabinetry (done in 1994). We had to trim about 1/8th inch or 3/16th off an existing wood trim. He completed the work (removal, trim, stain) within about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was a little worried during the assessment at the start but am very pleased with the completed project.

Nijat did a great job caulking our glass door to backyard both internally and externally. He also caulked the gap between the baseboards and the wooden floor and did a bit extra when requested. Recommend going with him for such work.
