Dr. Erica at Aligned Health in Los Gatos is exceptional. I came in with significant neck pain and was impressed from the start by how thorough and knowledgeable she is. She explained everything clearly, created a treatment plan tailored to my needs, and the results have been outstanding. The office is clean, professional, and easy to get to. I had recently, come back from a business trip, I was not able to move my left arm above my head. Trying ti wear a T-Shirt became very difficult. I was taking 1000mg of Tylenol but i knew this is a temporary solution. I made an appointment to see Dr. Carauddo. She did a muscle test and immediately went to work doing some adjustments to my chest and back and shoulder areas. I felt a bit better but due to inflammation she advise me to use ice and heat. After 4 days I had another follow up visit and I was feeling much better. I have been a patient of Dr. Carauddo for ober 10 years. Thanks. Dr. Carauddo
