“We had pet urine damage on the reclining end piece of our sectional. Called Eco Touch to clean the whole couch. We knew Robert was thorough and honest (when he cleaned up a blood issue on white carpet three years prior). We weren’t disappointed this time either. When the pet urine proved stubborn and partially returned, Robert came back out and retreated the area with a different approach which seems to have done the trick. They don’t make our sectional anymore and leaving the end piece off wasn’t an option. Our only options were to replace the complete sectional, or call Eco Touch. Thank you Robert for being honest, kind, and professional. We will come back again and again (but hopefully won’t have to). We highly recommend Eco Touch and Robert Sepulveda.“
