Eco Touch was great to work with! The owner, Robert, knew I was on a tight schedule and worked with me to get my carpets cleaned. He was professional and very thorough. Upon calling I told Robert what I needed, he had a few times available. I was happy and surprised since the Holidays were approaching. Robert updated me then let me know he was on his way. He took care of the problem areas with ease. The carpets look and smell wonderful. He is in my contacts and will be calling him in the Spring.
On time arrival, very professional and personable as well. We went over what was to be done and he explained in detail what he would do and approximately how long it would take. Great job. Left the carpets clean and no trace of anything else. Happy!!Service: General carpet cleaning
