This is so funny. I was actually about to write a review to note how professional the front desk staff was—even while dealing with an obnoxious customer—and then I saw this review.
What this Marci Smith isn’t mentioning is that her last service was the night before. I was there and saw the whole situation from the moment she walked in. She was extremely loud and inconsiderate of those around her.
It was honestly annoying—this is a massage place, lady, where people come to relax, not to hear someone talk loudly.
