I’ve been practicing Ashtanga yoga for many years, and after a long search for the right shala, I finally found this special place. The teachers have truly big hearts, the community is warm and supportive, and the space itself is welcoming and grounding. I love Yoga Shala West! Pranidhi and Meredith are knowledgeable, gentle, and wise. The community they have created is supportive and engaged. There is a great vibe in the shala; we all want to be there, learning and growing singly and side-by-side, harnessing both our individual and collective energies.
