I am so grateful to have found this wonderful yoga studio! I was looking for a place to practice near my home and I came across Yoga Bliss. I signed up for the introductory three classes to try out some of what they were offering and by the second class, I knew I would be signing up for the monthly membership! The studio is so peaceful, the instructors are kind and skilled, and they all teach such a good variety of classes. The music is so fantastic in each class and the variety of workshops they offer are so varied and interesting. I look forward to signing up for all of them! Such a lovely yoga studio and Lara is a wonderful teacher. The environment is welcoming to all people and the room doesn't get as intensely hot as other studios. Some of the most reasonably priced classes I've found, a very good value. Can't beat the massive free parking lot.

Luxurious space with all of the props needed for a gradual and fulfilling practice.I have taken classes with Lara, Gaia, and Jennifer. All three are excellent with their own spin, and for beginners I especially recommend Jennifer’s very precise and gentle style. I have been coming here for two weeks and have been pushing my edge the entire time - and it shows in my strength, flexibility, and inner peace.
