Dr.Guillen is a master at his craft. He provided noteworthy dental procedures and ensured that the process wasn’t overwhelming. More importantly though, his customer service was superior. The entire office has a collegial atmosphere that gave a feeling of “home”. He takes the time to facilitate conversation and delivers medical advice in a friendly way. I would indubitably recommend Dr.Guillen to anyone. He provides world class dental care.

I went to this dental clinic to fix a tooth and establish care. Before scheduling my first appointment, I asked if they accepted my dental insurance, and they said yes. They requested my insurance information through messages, and I provided everything they asked for, so I assumed everything was good to go.
On the day of my appointment, the front desk simply checked me in and did not mention anything about a co-pay. I was seated in the dental chair where they took X-rays and panoramic photos of my teeth. I will say that the dentist was great—very kind, professional, and pleasant to talk to.
However, when it was time to check out, the front desk told me I had to pay a $76 co-pay. I was surprised because I believed my insurance should have covered it. I didn’t really have a choice but to pay, even though it was a heavy expense for me as a single mom who is currently unemployed.
That same day, I messaged the clinic to ask for clarification about why I had to pay. I believe that before any procedures are done, the front desk should clearly explain what will be performed and what the expected costs or co-pays will be—especially for first-time patients. Only then was I told that while they accept TRICARE, they are not in network. This should have been clearly explained beforehand because not everyone understands the difference, including me.
Now I have received another bill in the mail for $207, which is very frustrating and unexpected. I wish the clinic had been more transparent about costs and insurance coverage from the beginning
Update: After communicating with one of the staff members, Maria, she was able to look into my concern and help resolve the issue. The additional $207 bill was corrected, and I did not end up having to pay it. I appreciate her taking the time to assist me and address the problem. Thank you.

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean and modern, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable the entire visit and truly appreciated the level of care. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and welcoming dental team!

I've been going to this office for 40 years, and Dr Guillen is the third dentist to own the practice. I have had EXCELLENT dental care over the years. When Dr Guillen took over the practice he updated all the equipment, much of which is digitized. The dental care is state of the art, and, at 85, I have been the beneficiary of this technology and his expertise. The office and technical staff are friendly, competent, caring and helpful. The fact that some of the current staff were there when I first started going to this office attests to the good working conditions and atmosphere in the office. I can recommend Dr Guillen and his practice without any reservations.

This office has it all. They offer neck pillows, blankets, earphones. Very updated. The 3d scanner was very Intriguing. Being a a corporate attorney, I expect high level tech. They have it all.
Fantastic intake. All digital from my phone. I was very impressed with Westwood Village Smiles. Had a fractured front tooth after a car accident, was very afraid to just go anywhere.
Dr Guillen took the time to explain every step from A to Z and was very happy with the outcome. I waited about 3 months before writing the review to ensure it was a legit office. Very haooy and have now brought my family. You’ll love this place.
