I cannot tell you how magnificent Dr Grados is. I was referred to her by a natural healer for my rheumatoid arthritis pain. I had so much RA pain in my shoulder and arm that I was waking up in the middle of the night in tears. After my first visit, I noticed that not only was the pain 95% gone, I had energy that I have not experienced in years. Dr Grados is a lovely person who is making a difference in the lives of people living with extreme body pain. It is my pleasure to write this review of her services.

I believe body care and exploring different therapies is so important. I have been going to Westchester Wellness for 3 months now with Dr. Yang and he has helped me with my right hip tension. He is thorough with his work and explains the process along the way. I also receive cupping and Chinese Herbs. I love going to the acupuncture and I love the power of acupuncture. I believe many times we thing our bodies are damaged or broken but with consistent exposure to therapy and a knowledgable doctor like Dr. Yang we can see great improvement.- Clean office- Clean restroom- Large waiting area- Relaxing environment

I tripped and fell yesterday while on a nice outing with a family friend and i ended up hurting my knee in the process and i came to see Julie Grados at The Wellness Center to get treated and i wanna say that "Julie Grados" did and wonderful job when i came in for acupuncture to get my knee and shoulder looked at and she did a amazing job and i feel much better then i did when it first happen.... Thank you Julie Grados you are truly a angel
