I always hit up the morning classes to get my day started correctly before going to work. Coaches are great, shout out to Andrew, Janyce, Lacey, Alessandro, Alex & Chris. A quick ice bath after class preps my brain for the challenges of the day. 10/10 recommend
I did the class this morning at 8:15. It was fantastic. It was well organized. Lacey was a great instructor. She was super friendly. Was there for guidance on for multiple times which was greatly appreciated. The gym is well stocked. It’s clean good facilities, storage restrooms I really had a great time and the workoutkick me in the booty for sure definite A+ plus plus plus CrossFit workout.
The most beautiful functional fitness / Crossfit Gym in Los Angeles. The staff here is the best of the best! Most are still or have competed in the past. The level of expertise is second to none. There are many options to train from specialty courses to a wide variety of class times. The members are super passionate which makes it the most fun of experiences!
