This is my second time here and I think they do a good job. I had Monica the first time and I loved her work. This time around I had Shabnam and she was OK. She nudged me a few times to look at the mirror after I had her fix some areas up and it was rude. Just tell me to look at the mirror and no need to nudge me. Felt like a micro aggression but I’m also desi and tbh some desi women act like this unknowingly. I’ll come back cuz I think it’s good work but I didn’t like that interaction.
I always come here and get my eyebrows done. I am always satisfied with their work. The ladies even gave me advice on how to make my eyebrows grow back and stay thick. I used to get wax, but a lady at the nail shop had messed up the left side of my eyebrows. One side was shorter than the other, but when I went to this place (Vinta's Beauty and Threading Studio), everything changed. One of the ladies told me for my eyebrows to grow back, use castor oil every night. I have been doing that ever since and it's been going back thicker and back the way it used to be.
Ever since i moved to LA 9 yeara ago it was a struggle to find someone to clean my eyebrows until i walked passed vinitas in Beverly hills. Fahimeh has been doing my eyebrows for the past 9 years and i won't let anyone else touch my face and she as well will not let anyone else touch my brows and i love it shes my favorite person and the best!
