I love how spacious the nail salon is. Lena did an amazing job on my nails—she was very attentive to detail and consistently checked in to make sure I liked the shape, design, and overall look, and asked if there was anything I wanted her to adjust. Personally, Vértigo Nail Salon is one of the few truly good salons I’ve been to and I’m very particular when it comes to nail services. Considering that these services are not cheap, the least you expect is good work and great service.
I did have a bad experience in the past, but it was due to one of the employees. I stopped going for a while, but one day I decided to give it another try. By chance, I was assisted by who I believe is the owner. I shared my previous dissatisfaction with him, and he apologized. Since then, Lena has been taking care of my nails and she has made them look absolutely amazing.
