My child's fever wouldn't go down, so I went to the hospital. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and the staff were all incredibly kind. Although my English isn't very good, I was thrilled to meet a young Korean doctor. Born in the US, this is the first time I've experienced such impeccable kindness and quality service at a hospital. Thank you so much.
Staff is efficient friendly and fast. It is a little farther away than some of my local urgent cares but it is worth the extra time to go.
If this place takes your insurance, then this is the best place to go when your primary doctor is busy and your illness or injury is not severe enough to warrant an emergency room experience.
This was my first time and it was easy to set up appointment for the urgent care. Everyone was so nice, even when I had to change the appointment time. The doctor Alex was very sweet and professional, I reccomend this place.
