Had a great experience with this company and Igor. He was very responsive to our issue and we were lucky that he was in the area and came by same day. He recognized and resolved or vent issue right away and was extremely communicative throughout sending photos and videos and calling me with updates. I found them on yelp and the 4.9 stars sum up the great service he provided. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing their service.
I had a last minute emergency and Egor was able to fit me in immediately and fix my problem quickly - he was extremely polite and gave updates about his ETA - he provided excellent service and I will definitely use his company again and refer him to my neighbors!
