I have been a loyal customer of Lenco HVAC for nearly a decade. I first found Lenco and its owner, Terry, during a particularly hot September and after speaking with multiple vendors, ultimately chose Lenco for the installation of a single mini-split unit in my bedroom. Let me start by saying that I had about 4 companies come over and give me quotes. Terry showed up and was different. He was honest, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I am in an HOA condo and believe me, dealing with HOA is a pain. He simplified the entire process for me and saved me time and money. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, expertise, patience, and quality of work. I would recommend him to any family or friend. I was stressed out to learn that I needed to replace my AC as it can be expensive. Terry worked with me on the best solution and was honest. He has several decades of experience and goes about business the right way.
We have been using Lenco for about 30 years. They are very professional, trustworthy and knowledgable. I wish all workers were like this. Nice people to talk with too. Five stars from me.
