There's a total weard front desk at this place who didn't want to schedule an appointment with me just because I don't know the MEDICAL TERMS OF MY PROCEDURE !!!! IS THIS POSSIBLE?

For starters this post has to do with just Rosa Nancy Hernandez who takes care of billing for this facility. She has to be the most lazy, uninvolved, sweet time taking person. I’ve ever encountered. I asked her to take care of my personal situation since July. I emailed her 2x a month, called on multiple occasions she never returned my calls nor did she take the time to email me. She kept pushing my request aside. Hopefully now that I’ve gotten my lawyer involved I will see results. Definitely do not know what this woman is doing in this type of work line. She has zero type of customer service and has no type of drive to help and please customers/potential customers....read full review
