I booked a private session with my mother during the holiday break and it was awesome. We both wanted to try aerial yoga for the longest so I put all that talk to work. It is scary at times but you push through and it feels great. Definitely give it a try!

unacceptable and super unprofessional. I booked a class with this studio last Saturday and they had me on a waiting list . The day of the class and just one hour before the class begins i received a text saying I have been move from the waiting list and I am now registered in the class. Despite the very short notice (since the studio is 30 min driving distance ) I decided to go because I have been wanting to get into aerial yoga for the longest time. When I got there the studio was closed , I called them multiple times but no ones answered the phone and left couple clove mails with describing the situation . I've been doing yoga for over 15 years and Up Flying Yoga is by far the best hot yoga studio that I've ever been. Incredible instructors that really show and explain to how to properly do each pose. Everyone at the studio is very friendly and it's clean.
