I want to start by saying that the people at United Dwelling (UD) corporate are great; they've always been very friendly and ready to help out whenever I had questions or an issue crops up. If I had one problem, it would be that I asked to be told whenever someone showed up at the house (because we have dogs), exclusive of the major construction during the first 3 months, 90%+ of the time they just showed up without saying anything. Now to the reason I am giving them a rating of 2... Firstly, the unit was delivered probably 9 or more months late, and I am starting count from 90 days after demolition. Not so happy now. We started our project over 10 months ago and are still waiting for minor projects to be completed with no firm date of when they will be completed. The Certificate of Occupancy (or ability to rent the unit) hinges on the completion of these projects. I am second guessing my decision to go with this company.
