I came in last night to browse through the fragrance section. I was taking my time with going back and forth between the scents to figure out what I really liked. I received excellent customer service from Ariella who was very warm and kind and checked on me without being too intrusive. I observed her giving other customers her thorough attention and suggestions. We need more sales clerks like this in retail.

I came in today looking for a new foundation, since the ones I had at home were either too pale or too tan. I wanted to try the Fenty brand since I've heard good things, and also because it has way more shades than most brands. I wasn't sure which shade I was among the range, and needed some help color matching. Brianna came over to help me, and she was incredibly kind and patient with helping me find my perfect shade. She spent 45 minutes (maybe even longer?) helping me, and she even gave me helpful tips regarding application, oxidation, and informed me of the return policy if I changed my mind. Went in for 1 Thing but got so much lol. Customer service was definently attentative due to the fact I got asked 2x if I needed a basket ( but I only buy what I can carry so I don't break the bank) .At checkout Brianna was assisting me, she was so Sweet with a lovely smile and great style! She was kind enough to double check when something scanned wrong. I will definitely be back
