This review is specifically for Lauren, I’ve had cut my hair here the last two times.
That said, I’ve been seeing Nisha, William, Danielle, Jun(special mention), & Eric Not to mention quite a few people that have now moved on. Going on 12 years here, I can tell you that nothing beats having your haircut procedure on record and people with solid skills, both socially and technically! One time I even have a haircut I didn’t agree with, and I went back and someone else corrected it. I’ve probably had 100+ haircuts and this corporate chain feels far from that. Lauren is so kind and gentle with my hair, she gave me a lot of practical tips to help with hair thinning that didn’t involve trying to sell me a product. She has a really calming presence that makes each haircut so relaxing. 10/10
Daniela (I hope I spelled it right) is such a great barber!!! I didn’t really know what I wanted I gave her an idea and she did magic on my hair!!! It was quick too and very professional!!! I’m definitely coming back every 10 days!!! Awesome customer service with her and the employees! You for sure got a new regular!
