Very disappointing experience. The doctor arrived significantly late, and I was also double billed for the visit, which created unnecessary frustration and extra time spent resolving the issue. On top of that, the blood draw was handled poorly and left my arm swollen and badly bruised afterward. I would expect much better professionalism, billing accuracy, and patient care from a primary care office.

I scheduled an appointment specifically for a urine test that had already been ordered ahead of time. The visit itself was very brief, and afterward my specimen was allegedly lost by the office. Despite this error being completely outside of my control, I was still charged $320 for the visit and another $200 for the follow up visit to tell me the specimen was lost.

The website doesn't show you this. They fight you when you even ask. Polite to your face, then they stick you with an absurd bill.

I had a mild rash. Went to see my PCP, as prescribed by my employer. Took 20 minutes, topical ointment that I paid for later. The bill was $500 after insurance.
