went to get my hip checked out after a car accident. Waited for an hour in a room before they told me they had forgotten I was there. If you need actual services just go to Roland Reagan Urgent Care, they’re a lot more efficient and won’t make you wait!

Was nice and seemingly very informing at first. They looked at me very quick and with one look told me I had a perotonsill abscess and said it was urgent for me to go to er. went to the er and waited 5 hours before being seen and then once i was seen they told me there was no abscess and ordered me tests that the ashe center could’ve done. so upset with lack of thoughness which led me to an 8 hour er visit.

Tried to request a Lyft in the morning for my MRI apt, but the regular schedulers couldn't request it only insurance. But insurance basically went fully automated they send you straight to voicemail and tell you to message them instead in the health portal. So you have to wait 24-48 hours for a reply that may not fully answer your question then wait again if your question wasn't fully answered.Then this 2nd issue has to do more with the ucship insurance. I always have to get the same exact referral every single time any specialist refers me somewhere.
