I’m truly grateful to Grace and all the staff at Town Dental. From start to finish, I received excellent care in such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Resolving my dental issues has genuinely improved my quality of life. Grace is exceptionally kind and professional, and both the hygienist and the doctor treated me with such warmth and expertise. I especially want to thank the team for wearing their medical gowns and providing such attentive care even in the heat. I deeply appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.

The doctors are good but I never comeback with them. the ladies of the front desk means a lot. bad communication, it doesn't know how to explain the process of the insurance and don't know how much it for 1 tooth implant. that was my experience.

Through a recommendation from a friend, I visited to get a cleaning and get an estimate on whether implants or dentures would be better. The person who answered the phone, made reservations, and gave guidance was very friendly, and the nurse who took X-rays before treatment took meticulous photos. However, the director was very strict during the consultation, so I felt unfriendly at first, but after receiving the treatment, he cleaned me thoroughly and explained the pros and cons of dentures and implants and the treatment process in an easy-to-understand manner.
