After interviewing 6 companies to replace my flat roof. I selected Top Roofing. Moshe met me at the building. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and straightforward. His price was reasonable and I decided to go with Top Roofing. Moshe told me it would be about a month before they can start on my roof and I was fine with that. They did the demo of the existing roof and replaced it all within 4 days. They even worked Thanksgiving day. The workers were knowledgeable and experienced. Moshe took care of the permits and inspections. I had a great experience. Maya at the main office was very helpful in processing invoices and receipts. Top Roofing did the roof for my mom in Tarzana several years ago, so I reached out to them when it was time to reroof my home in West Hollywood. First, let me say it's exceedingly difficult to get any contractor to show up for an appointment and then get an actual bid, so I was grateful that Lior called, showed up at the appointed time and I got a timely bid. Yah. I'm not thrilled the the prices for anything these days, and Top Roofing's bid was in line with the one other contractor that bothered to show up (out of the four I called).
