Hazel is an amazing hair designer! She is dynamic, personable, and so friendly. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always leave feeling refreshed and fabulous. The salon has great vibes, upbeat music, and excellent service. It honestly feels like stepping into a salon in Seoul! Hazel books 2–3 weeks in advance, so be sure to reserve early. You won’t regret it. Her assistants are fantastic and provide excellent service, too. Parking is free in the building, and there’s a great coffee shop on the second floor (Hazel’s favorite is the iced green tea matcha ?)! ???
I came in with long, straight, bleach-damaged hair and left genuinely loving my haircut.
Before the cut, I also got the mini scalp spa. They noticed right away that I have a sensitive scalp and switched to products suited for it without me having to ask. That kind of attentiveness set the tone for the whole visit.
Olivia cut my hair to just past shoulder length with layers and face-framing, exactly what I asked for. Midway through I had a brief moment of panic because she seemed to be moving so fast I thought we were somehow already done. We weren’t. Olivia did such a beautiful job on my perm! I wanted a perm with some curl and movement, not tight curls, and she executed exactly what I had in mind. She also gave a haircut to make the perm lay and flow better which I really appreciated. Her and her assistant were both so attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process. I’m really happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend her!
