I have purchased a service from J & H Medical group, labeled as Thermage for the face. I had asked multiple questions regarding the service. When I went to complete the service from my research and what I was told, I was not provided true Thermage. In addition, I confirmed that the service was for the face and neck, however I was not given thermage for my neck. Which I have confirmation via text that they promised service for both areas. Also, it resulted in negative side effects in my face that I was not made aware of. I had extreme sensitive skin and blistering on my face. I had reached out to the merchant asking for assistance and an explanation but was met with nothing. They became extremely resistant in providing any help. Then I had begun the refund process because the merchant was not providing me any refund or additional services to right their mistakes. It is very clear that the merchant had demonstrated multiple forms of malpractice and extremely poor customer service.

THE WORST customer service experience - There are other salons. avoid this place.I have heard of cancellation policies and I respect them but I wasnt even trying to cancel it was more like trying to reschedule. The policy is that it has to be 24hrs in advance, so I said okay whats the penalty...they claim your ENTIRE appointment. Youre kidding right??? what type of a place claims your WHOLE appointment credit???? 15% or 50% I have heard but $100 and 100%?? I came here so much they didnt even give me one exception after all that, so much for loyalty. WHAT A SHAME. their services arent even worth it trust me and thats why they have this policy.

Very lovely place. The staff are very kind, and it feels like a home here. You wont regret it here. RF laser treatment was a charm, this place does it much cheaper than other clinics; I got it almost half the price than others. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Hi google member I went back again to the secret laser clinic first time I had prp and Botox done was amazing . Today I went back and had another PRP microneedling done the Rn Ellen was amazing very helpful kind she will tell you about the process and takes her time with the procedure and everyone in secret laser clinic team was awesome kind and very welcoming I love this place a lot and recommend this to everyone I’m sure you guys will love this place too can’t wait to go back soon

I came here for botox and filler and had a consultation with their doctor who was an extremely good communicator. I was able to know exactly what I needed and was walked through my procedure from start to finish by the nurse. My forehead looks amazing from the botox and so does my lip. I used two syringes of Juvederm and the results were amazing. Would definitely come back!

Amazing experience! I used groupon for laser genesis and it was an incredibly seamless experience with a great nurse. This is my third time trying laser genesis but first time at Secret Laser Clinic. This has been the best experience by far. I’ll be back!!

Took my mom for consultation last year and she came back looking 10 years younger with sculptra injections/fillers/laser procedures. They gave us such a good deal that I wanted to go back for myself. I love getting botox and I will choose secret laser over anywhere else because other places can never get it right (either its not effective or my eyebrows end up looking weird). The nurses here give me that natural change with botox and fillers. Cant forget to say their genesis laser and microneedling procedure is amazing! All their procedures are decently priced and if you get a package deal the owner throws in some goodies for you! Wish I had more time to go every week!
