I love companies that make it easy to do business with them. The Electric Connection had a form on the website that I used and immediately got an estimate email. I replied to the email and a human responded right away. They confirmed the appointment ahead of time, showed up on time!!!, and completed on time too!!! They totally cleaned up after themselves, were polite, and did a great job. This is the new bar for me for all my needs.

I found The Electric Connection through google and yelp and the reviews speak for themselves. Super professional and detailed company. They provided me a breakdown of the work and cost estimate to install the charger. The price was very fair compared to other contractors I received quotes from.
I really appreciate the cost estimate breakdown and details of the work. Their online information request form, the additional information they provided and attention to detail is what put them above the other contractors. Their responsiveness was also great.
The work consisted of installed a Level 2 EV charger and completing permits with LADBS.
