GOOD SUCCESS! Before retaining, I contacted the firm speaking to managing partner about reviews. My texts, calls, emails were returned. They answered all my questions. Mossy Nissan made the whole process hard due to their dishonesty, ripping me off. Nissan was not nice at times to me. But some Nissan people in Texas agreed with me and knew of dealership problems. The process is difficult for lack of understanding how it works. It's not perfect! Lemon Law Experts got Nissan to return most of my money. The managing partner made time for me which helped answer other questions in the process. I recommend them.

I located this law firm through a simple google search and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made. I was reluctant and skeptical at first because not once have I ever thought of pursuing a litigation. I didn't know what the process was like, I didn't know how serious it may be, and I didn't know if the claim would even go through, but I took my chances. I first have to say the staff here was always patient and professional. They answered all of my questions and concerns to the best of their knowledge. The service they provided was good as well. The lawyers were very forthright and helpful. For a free service the value is there.They got my money from Nissan with a few bumps in the road. It took over two years and whether it was Nissan's fault solely I'm not entirely sure. Regardless, they got it done and the staff was a 10/10!
