I decided to sell my house in October 2024. My immediate go to was Sheri Bienstock and Bienstock Group, as I always noticed how great their marketing was. Selling my house was probably the most stressful process I have ever been through. My timing was terrible with the general election and fires. The final straw was a large area of disturbed asbestos in the attic, which I had to have removed. Sheri and her team walked me through the process and went to bat for me with all the issues we had.
