My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our windows and doors from Taylor Brothers. Their staff is friendly and they have a huge showroom with many different options and displays to try out. We had a lot of fun just checking out the showroom. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He was really good at providing options that met our budget and timeline. Everything went smooth and the salesperson was easy to reach when we had questions. I would definitely work with Taylor Brothers again in the future.

Superior product and a high level of service from the sales agents. The delivery of a 40,000 dollar shipment in windows consists of them pulling their truck to the curb NOT lifting the units from the truck to the curb. This was not explained to me upon placing the order. Over all the whole delivery experience soured my transaction with a business that prides itself on excellence. I would have gladly paid for a proper delivery if I had been offered that service.

Had a similar experience with another reviewer. We went into the showroom to look at options for a couple of doors and windows. The sales person was very aloof when showing us the options. He said they will send us a quote when we left. We never heard back from them again. (Other businesses we went to were able to give quotes either on the spot or within the next business day.) It didn’t feel like they cared about our business, and we would not recommend going there if you want to be taken seriously as a customer with a smaller purchase.

Discussed purchasing 4 doors with the sales associate. He told me he would send a quote but didn't ask for my contact info so I reminded him to take it. He never got back to me. Unless your order is huge, these people won't bother with you.
