Sweat Pilates is hands-down my favorite Pilates studio in LA! It has the best community and the most amazing classes. Everyone at Sweat is so down-to-earth and welcoming — there’s nothing pretentious about it, just good energy and great workouts that leave you feeling stronger inside and out.
My absolute favorite instructor is Moe! She brings the best energy to every class — motivating, funny, and so perfectly in tune with the room. She somehow knows exactly what each person needs and makes everyone feel supported and seen. Her playlists are always on point, and every now and then she’ll break into a little dance while “torturing” us (in the best way possible!)....read full review

Sweat has to be my favorite Pilates classes in LA, and I’ve tried them all! The vibes are immaculate and you always know you’re going to leave sore and wanting more! Kiva is my favorite instructor because she puts on the best music and literally dances while she’s teaching the most VICIOUS workout of all time. They have two other locations, one in Santa Monica and a new huge one in the Marina! If you love working out, good posture, and abs this is the place to build your dream summer body!

I came in for my first ever Pilates class not knowing what to expect. Vanessa was so kind and patient in explaining how to do everything and she was very attentive in checking everyone's form throughout the class. I appreciated the modifications she gave for the newbies, too. All around an excellent Classic class-- I'll be back!
