I’ve spent the last 5 years trying to figure out a frustrating and deeply uncomfortable issue in my right groin and hip area. Despite going through surgery for a labral tear and trying physical therapy, including pelvic floor work, core strengthening, and months of trial and error, nothing ever fully resolved the discomfort. It felt like something was constantly pushing out near my groin, especially when I walked long distances or moved in a bike-like motion. The pain wasn’t sharp, it was deeper, more pressure-based, like something was out of place or chronically overworked.
