I train about five days a week, mostly strength and conditioning. I focus a lot on compound lifts — heavy squats, deadlifts, bench — and I push myself hard. I’m always trying to improve numbers and build real strength.
I train at Metroflex Gym — the old-school one in Arlington. It’s got that gritty, no-frills vibe. I’ve actually seen Ronnie Coleman there a few times, which is wild. The first time I saw him, I just froze. Total fan moment. He still moves like a tank.

Me oh my I had the best massage! I was referred to this place by a friend and I'm SO grateful for the referral! I had the pleasure of having my massage with Dara and she is the sweetest with the BEST touch. I was contemplating gatekeeping her name but she's too good not to rave about. You not only get a full alignment but a good stretch too; I am extremely pleased and looking forward to my next massage. I can happily say I finally found my massage place and will make an effort to see her at least once a month.
