The absolute worst! Run, don’t walk to any other personal injury firm than these people. It took them 2 years to settle a car accident claim where I was rear-ended, car totaled and the settlement amount was miniscule. The case was not handled by an actual attorney and instead was handled by someone who apparently was a legal secretary! This is after the original case manager disappeared off the case without explanation. Calls go unanswered, emails go unanswered, and they make all sorts of excuses - they’re understaffed, multiple medical leaves, they have modified hours on Fridays, etc. Then, when it came time to send me the settlement check, it has taken over 4 weeks...read full review
If an unresponsive, unethical, and self serving law firm is what you’re looking for, you’ve found the correct place. Just a complete disaster from start to finish, communication is a major problem as the entire staff refuses to return calls, it seems like everyone is having surgeries that are excuses for missed filings or lapse of follow through, and they’ll find way to charge you unethical rates. They “borrowed” $1000 to pay costs and charged me an additional $500 of interest for their loan. They could have just asked me to pay instead of taking a loan. They do not have your best interest at heart and I would stay far far away.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Zero customer service, zero communication, they barely answer the phone (usually rings several times before someone finally picks up), no one is ever available & there's never a back up person that you can speak with. On top of being injured already, they just stress you out more with the lack of service and attention. It's been over a year since my accident and not only is there no settlement, I can't even get an update from these people. Retain anybody but them to help you!
