I was rear-ended and had my car totaled while my 7 month old son was in his car seat. Throughout the process, they answered any and all questions that came up for me, and once i provided them with the initial accident information they took over the case and managed every detail. Jocelyn and Raya were particularly helpful and communicative! Overall, I could not be happier with the experience and I highly recommend!
