I been coming here for 11 years and they always have been very helpful and caring. They took care of me and attended to me for both of my pregnancies. I can't complain about anything. Half of these people complaining on their reviews that give one star seem to have entitlement issues. Smh

This facility is not good. Dr. Grove was rude and I felt like he was rushing my visit without trying to listen to my reason for visiting (ear issues/cold). He got defensive when I asked if there was anything else I could do for my condition in addition to ear drops and asked aggressively "what do you want - new ears?"The rest of the staff seemed unhappy to be there and were not welcoming.Also! They are cash only which is super inconvenient to have to go find cash somewhere nearby while feeling sick. This was my second visit and hopefully my last.I'd avoid this facility if you can!

Take my kids here and the staff have been helpful and friendly. Sure, wait times can be a little long but nothing worse than anywhere else I’ve experienced.The important thing is that my kids are still alive and healthy! St. Luke’s even helped with the required LAUSD enrolment forms.
