The mini unit was leaking water. The tech cleaned the coil or maybe the duct. It didn’t even take him an hour. The tech was knowledgeable. Explained everything throughout the process. Service was booked quickly for the repair.
As always, Southwest Heating & AC is very responsive and professional. My AC unit needs new coolant and pressure testing every few years and these guys come out within a few hours notice and do a great job.
Excellent service. Knowledgeable about my HVAC system. The technician noticed an issue with how the condensation pipe was installed and fixed it. I plan to use them for routine maintenance and any other issues we have.
