It's January 1, 2022 - which marks ~9 years since my first visit with Michelle and I am writing this review on the heels of my holiday visit. My skin looks like you can bounce a nickel off of it, and it's all because of Michelle. I moved to New York a few years ago and still, every single time I come to LA, I MUST be seen by Michelle. This woman leaves no pore unturned (literally) and is so meticulous about her approach to her client's skin. I feel so lucky to have found Michelle. The best facialist I've ever experienced. She's amazing. A dark spot I've had for YEARS, and tried everything to get rid of, was just about gone in 2 sessions. GREAT atmosphere, gorgeous downtown loft, and free valet parking so none of that stress of finding street parking. I go every month.

I can't say enough about Michelle I have been with her for years and have seen such a big difference in my skin. She is so detail-oriented, passionate about what she does, easy to talk to, and her place is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. The service she provides is top-notch. I have been to over 8 facialists in LA and 3 here in SLO and there is no one like her.I do notice some of the reviews talk about how there are scheduling issues. I have to say that was true in the past and I have seen Michelle listen to these reviews and make the necessary changes to improve that for her customers.
