I have been coming to Silver Lake Wellness Spa for a few years now. The spa itself is very clean and well sanitized and has a warm and peaceful ambiance. The staff is efficient and friendly and every single massage I've received here has been excellent. All of the masseuses, male and female, are very communicative, asking where you are experiencing pain or tension before the massage, asking if it's ok to do a walking massage on your back (which I highly recommend!) and generally making sure that you are comfortable during the massage. Customer Service 5/5Cleanliness 5/5Massage 5/5Ambience 5/5Communication 5/5Honestly I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but I found this place online, texted the number for info & the person was so friendly & set the expectation immediately. They take cash & since the price is so low they expect tip. Small places like these it's not abnormal. I came in & was greeted. Went in for my massage & the person was so friendly. I paid & tipped. Easy! They need updated photos just to stay relevant but overall it was a cute spot...: I'll be back!

This spa is the best customer service. Clean and sanitize. Free water provided. I need a massage last minute and owner was able to accommodate. I would definitely come back here again.
