First, I want to explain that I have had a previous treatment for my dark melasma spot on my face and paid a lot of money hoping to get it lighter and hopefully removed. This did not happened and actually got darker for some reason but the staff assured me that paying the extra money they were confident in my melasma disappearing. After that horrible experience. I found Shiny laser. My experience here has been really nice. The owner and Christina are very sweet and helpful and after my first visit my melasma has been noticeably lighter and the pigment on my face seems to be breaking apart and slightly disappearing. Been coming here since 2020 for CO2 and micro needling and they are the best clinic with affordable prices. After going to several offices I have notice that the staff and their services have helped me the most compared to others. They really care about you and what you need and do not try to just sell you anything. They also take your concerns into consideration. They are kind and very understanding, would recommend.
